Philomène does not ship to PO Boxes.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with delivery details once your order has been collected.
Philomène delivers from Monday to Friday during working hours. Kindly note that delivery to rural addresses can result in longer delivery times. Philomène cannot be held responsible for delays in shipment caused by any circumstances beyond the control of Philomène.
Please note that shipping internationally could incur customs charges imposed by the Customer’s national tax/customs authorities. Customers will be responsible for these fees.
If an order is refused at delivery the customer will not be refunded shipping costs and any duties and taxes incurred. We strongly urge you to review your order before shipment.
Returns and Exchanges
Philomène guarantees that the products will meet every customer’s needs. Ensuring your safety and hygiene is our top priority. Therefore, we kindly request you to carefully consider your purchase of our earring models as they cannot be exchanged or returned. Please note that we only accept exchanges and returns for our other models on the day of purchase. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in maintaining a safe and healthy shopping experience. To be eligible for a refund, all goods must be in their original condition, with all original tags and packaging intact.
Merchandise that has been worn, used (washed, soiled, having a strong smell of any kind), altered, or damaged will not be accepted.
If you attempt to return a clearance item, that is not returnable, the product will be shipped back to you, and you will be charged the cost of shipping for sending it back. Please use the original packaging included in your shipment to return any item.
Note:
If the return is caused by the customer, the customer will be responsible for the shipping fee.
If due to non-customer related reasons e.g. the goods received are damaged or not correct, the customer is not required to bear the international delivery charge.
